Leadership Seminar
HOBY’s flagship program, the Leadership Seminar is designed to help high school sophomores to recognize their leadership talents and apply them to become effective, ethical leaders in their home, school, workplace and community.
CLeW
The Community Leadership Workshop (CLeW) is HOBY’s free, introductory one-day leadership program for high school freshmen that is designed to help develop critical thinking skills by actively involving participants in experiential learning and critical dialog.
World Leadership Congress
HOBY’s annual international youth leadership event, The World Leadership Congress (WLC), is a dynamic leadership program that brings together students (or “ambassadors” as we like to call them here at HOBY) from the U.S. and abroad.
